So this is a story all about how ..........
How a group chat between long time friends who have not been together (all 5 of us) in about 5 years found a way to set up this 99 to the 2000’s Juvenile Twerk Circle I mean gathering …….. with everyone’s impossible schedule. The weekend was nothing short of morning shots of Dusse and several complaints of how long it will take me to get ready. Valid or invalid I no longer dwell over semantics.
It was a trip that had to be done Face time was no longer cutting it we needed to reset our relationships not individually but as a collective. My comrades consist of the most amazing people all from Virginia, all with different personalities, all loud , all real , all love and all here for “It”. What is “It” you ask ?
Hell if I know but my riders are here for it.
You don’t find people in your life like this and you surely don’t consider them life-mates. Our children will be cousins who avoid coming to Uncle Nic’s house because cleaning builds character and I mean clean clean. Pine sol in a bucket on your knees wiping the floors with a rag type clean (detailed).
I can tell my friends anything I mean anything and they follow the rules of Planet Fitness “ A no judgment zone”. My friends will go to a restaurant dance on the bar and somehow convince the owner that this establishment is now a club, and our booth is VIP. This group of individuals will shade you DOWN to your face then hug you while making space under the blanket because tough love is real love when it comes to this crew.
So I lied this is not a story but a true understanding about how 5 individuals that may have been separated by life but whose destinies will always be connected.
